Where are your headquarters located? HABA has been producing toys that entertain, engage, and educate for over 85 years in Bad Rodach, Germany. Over 40 years ago, HABA USA was established in Skaneateles, New York and continues to have a significant presence in the Finger Lakes region.

Are all your toys manufactured in Germany? Most of our toys, including wooden blocks, wooden baby toys, and games, are made in Germany. However, plush and plastic toys are designed in Germany and carefully manufactured in China. This game is a simplified version of our classic "Orchard" game, adapted for very young players. The game material is designed for small children's hands, promoting improved motor skills and suitable for free play. Encourage your child to discuss the colors and shapes of the wooden pieces, enhancing their language, auditory, and creative skills while increasing their enjoyment of play.

Game Idea

The fruit trees are full of ripe apples, pears, cherries, and plums that need to be harvested quickly before the crafty raven steals them away. Designed for 1 to 8 children aged 3 to 6.

Preparation

Distribute the fruit among the trees on the game board. Each player receives a basket, with multiple players sharing one if there are more than 4 players. Arrange the raven jigsaw pieces and place the color die next to the game board.

Contents: 10 apples, 10 pears, 10 pairs of cherries, 10 plums, 4 baskets, 1 raven jigsaw (9 pieces), 1 color die with symbols, 1 game board.

How to Play

Roll the die to determine which fruit to pick. Red = Cherry, yellow = pear, blue = plum, green = apple. Collect the corresponding fruit and place it in your basket. If there are no fruits of that color left on the tree, pass the die to the next player. The game continues until all the fruit is gathered or the raven jigsaw is completed.

End of the Game

If all the fruit is collected before the raven is finished, the players win together. If the raven is complete before all the fruit is picked, the players lose to the raven.
